Betsi Cadwaladar University Health Board celebrate Organ Donation Week 2026

The Nephrology Team in North Wales organised two fantastic events to raise funds and awareness to support Organ Donation Week 2026. The first of which saw the team and patients climb Yr Wyddfa (Snowden). The team reported the day went well bar the atrocious weather; many people made it to the top but unfortunately the trains were cancelled so they couldn’t give dialysis at the top of the mountain. The team managed to put on a dialtysis demo in the community centre shown below.
