There is a comprehensive kidney team to support you including specialist Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) nurses whose role is to guide and support you on your kidney journey. The CKD nurses will provide information about peer support sessions run by your local kidney team
Kidney charities can help with a range of issues including social support, peer support, help with benefits, finances and grants, and much more besides
