University Hospital Wales celebrates 20 years of World Kidney Day
On Thursday 12th March, the Welsh Kidney Network will be supporting World Kidney Day 2026 by offering access to Kidney Care Uk's Kidney health checker survey. Members of the WKN, along with Nephrology staff from Cardiff, researchers from the Welsh Kidney Research unit and representatives from Kidney Wales and KCUK will be hosting the event at the University Hospital of Wales concourse. Members of the public are invited to join us to conduct a 5 minute online survey to identify whether they are at risk of kidney disease. Our clinical and charity teams are available to answer questions and on how to look after your kidneys and what to do if you have been identified as being at risk of kidney disease.
