Welsh Kidney Network

The Welsh Kidney Network (WKN) consists of both clinical and non-clinical representatives in addition to charity and patient representative as set out in the Terms of Reference.

The Welsh Kidney Network may also co-opt additional independent external members from outside of the organisation to provide specialist knowledge and skills.

This link leads to the current Terms of Reference of the Welsh Kidney Network. The purpose of the document is to set out the structure that members have agreed to work in order to accomplish their objectives.

Welsh Kidney Network Papers

Stakeholder Group meetings are held every three months or as the Chair of the Committee deems necessary. For additional information, the Welsh Kidney Network Papers provide the opportunity to view records of the Network Boards meetings.

Quality Statement for Kidney Disease

Welsh Kidney Network has produced a Quality Statement for Kidney Disease. The quality statement has been accepted and published by Welsh Government. The quality statement describes what good quality services for kidney disease should look like.
